Week 13 and 14

Dear students, For the final two lessons, you will write a 400-500-word essay about one of the ten topics covered during the course. This may be an extended essay of one of your previous homework assignments or you may start afresh. Your essay should have an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. You should also cite at least three sources (in-text citations together with their matching references - all in APA format). Since you will be editing your essay, it may be easier to type it, so you may bring a computer to class. Dear students, Today you will begin by reading your homework assignment about the media to your partner or group. After that you will study about ethics. First choose a topic from the many below. BBC ethics guide Today you may be solo or a pair. After you have chosen a focus for your research, you should design a questionnaire (a survey) to conduct in class. For homework, you should share the assignment equally with your partner if you are a pair. Otherwise you may write it all by yourself. This should include an introduction with in-text citation, the method and results of your survey, a discussion (opinion) about the results, and APA formatted reference(s) to match your in-text citation(s).
